This policy explains how Lucky Mobile Spare ("we", "us") handles information when you contact us on WhatsApp, including through our automated WhatsApp catalog assistant.

Information we collect

• Your WhatsApp phone number and profile name, which WhatsApp shares with us when you message us.
• The messages you send us, such as category selections, order details (model, part, quantity) and questions.

We do not collect payment card details, passwords or government ID numbers through WhatsApp.

How we use it

• To send you our price lists and catalog information that you request.
• To record, confirm and process your orders.
• To reply to your questions and let our staff help you when you ask for a person.

We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Where it is stored and who can see it

Messages are delivered through the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta). Order records are kept in a private Google Sheet that only our shop staff can access. Our automation runs on a server operated for our shop. These service providers process data only to deliver this service.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed for business and accounting purposes, normally up to 3 years, and then delete them.

Your choices

• You can stop receiving messages at any time by not messaging us or by blocking our number.
• You can ask us to see or delete the information we hold about you by contacting us below. We will respond within 30 days.

Data deletion

To request deletion of your data, send "DELETE MY DATA" on WhatsApp or email us at the address below with your phone number. We will remove your records and confirm once done.
